Warranty

What is the Warranty period?

From May 2023: All of our Fully Refurbished aga cookers and conversions are supplied with a 5 year parts warranty.

Prior to May 2023: Any Fully Refurbished aga cooker orders will be covered by a 2 year warranty.

Manufacturer Warranties

  • Your eControl System Part Warranty is covered in whole, by the manufacturer - UK Innovation Group.
  • Your ElectricKit System Part Warranty is covered for the first 2 years, by the manufacturer - Oilwarm Burner Products
  • Your ESSE Cooker Warranty is covered in whole by the manufacturer - ESSE

We automatically cover you for a full year of free labour costs with your aga cooker/conversion - subject to the terms listed on this page. If something does go wrong, we'll help you problem solve, then arrange a visit if needed.

  • Your warranty period will begin once we have supplied the goods.
  • Your warranty can't be transferred.
  • We don't have an emergency call out team, but we will book in your revisit as soon as our diary allows.
  • We have a zero-tolerance towards abuse to our staff.

We will be your point of contact for aga cooker warranty issues - if you have a controllable conversion system, we'll work direct with the manufacturers if needed, and order any parts needed on your behalf.

More than likely, it will be one of our small family team that visits you, but sometimes (especially during busy periods!) we might use one of our vetted subcontractors.
