Our standard delivery costs for UK Mainland are:

• Free delivery when you spend over £50 in a single order.
• £4.95 when you spend under £50 in a single order.
• £2.75 when you spend under £10 in a single order.

Areas outside of Mainland UK

• Delivery will be charged on a location basis.
• We try to include location-specific costs inside our product pages.
• If your delivery cost isn't automatically calculated, we will be in touch after ordering.

Dispatch is usually with Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DPD.

• We aim to dispatch your items within 2-3 working days from point of order.
• For certain items, we may need to restock, leading to a slightly longer dispatch time.
• In the case of longer dispatch, we will email you to let you know.
• Orders from the highlands, islands (or rural areas), may take longer than 7 working days.

You can return an item to us:

• If it is in unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.
• If it arrives with us within 28 days from when you received it.

If something is defective, please drop us a message - we will replace it for you.

Your Return Package

• You will need to cover the costs of postage.
• We recommend posting tracked, for proof of delivery.
• A note of your order number will need to be inside your return package.
• We can't be liable for missing returns or those sent to us without a note of your order number.
