What is the 13amp Aga Cooker?

AGA Rangemaster introduced the 13amp electric model back in 2004. It was revolutionary, with its flue-less design and ability to be placed anywhere in the kitchen.

When we refurbish our 13amp models, we completely overhaul the system. This means simple controls, reliable systems and upgraded insulation, so more heat stays where you need it - in the ovens.

No Annual Servicing Required!

The traditional oil and gas models require annual servicing (or every 6 months for oil). At a rough cost of £180 per service, this can add up in the long term life of the cooker.

The 13amp system uses the same technology as a conventional oven (thermostats and elements), so servicing is a thing of the past.

AGA recommend a simpler 'safety check' every 3-5 years which checks the safe operation of the cooker.

One benefits of the 13amp aga cooker, is that in the rare occurrence that something goes wrong with the electric system, the fix should be fairly straightforward due to the simplified design inside.
